ABSTRACT

The umbilical localization of the spontaneous endometriosis is a rare and wellknown entity. It represents 1% of the localizations of the endometriosis. We are reporting here an observation of a typical case which was discovered due to a painful umbilicus tumefaction with repetitive bleeding during menstruation. The various pathogenic theories of the affection are reviewed
